In 2013 Mark Bergman was consulting with an American client to locate a call center in the Philippines. In the process he happened to meet Eng. Nelson Remulla while inquiring about an office space. It turned out that a friendship was sparked and it grew into a business due to their common interest in growing a thriving call center in Cavite with employees from the Cavite area. Nelson had invested in a $20m techno park designed specifically for the BPO industry in 2009. He built the complex in his vision that the call center industry could not be sustained in Manila and the majority of high quality call center agents were living in Cavite and commuting to Manila.

2014 was spent on a dry run to build capabilities and test infrastructure. Then in 2015 Incorporation and registration for business was completed.
As of now we only have 45 call center agents & we’re still planning to grow and expand more in the near future.
